Take some mint leaves and make a paste out of it. Apply the paste on the infected area. Mint has got soothing sensation which will reduce the inflammation. The cooling sensation of Mint will also prevent the infection from growing further.

Apply toothpaste:

This might sound weird, but believe me, it works. Toothpaste has peppermint in it. This substance not only reduces the inflammation in the skin, but also kills the bacteria and germs of acne, thereby reducing it. The cooling sensation of peppermint will suppress the acne.

These were all the natural treatments of acne. Apart from them, there are various chemical and medicinal treatments for acne. They are also effective and efficient.

Apart from all these, one will also have to control one’s diet. What you eat greatly affects acne. Oily and rich food should be avoided during acne. That will worsen it. Intake of fruits and green vegetables should be increased. Taking Vitamin A and Zinc rich food is good, as it has anti acne property in it. Thus, have good and healthy food so that acne doesn’t occur on you, and you don’t need to look for treatments for acne.
